Buyer Registration and Aircraft Brokerage Agreement

This letter, when accepted by you, will summarize our Agreement whereby we are authorized to sell your _________________aircraft, serial number _________, to our exclusive client who was discussed and verbally registered with you on (date) ______ Registered client: _____________________________________________________,

We will exert our best efforts to bring this deal to a quick and successful conclusion and handle all details relevant to the transfer of your aircraft to them. We will pay all costs incurred by us for travel, advertising and otherwise. We will negotiate a purchase proposal for your consideration, offering the aircraft on an “AS- IS” basis at a price of____________________. Our commission will amount to ____% ( ___________________________ percent) of the final selling price accepted.

This document will be provided to the Escrow Agent, handling the transfer of ownership from you to the buyer, should we be successful in the sale of your aircraft to our Registered client. The Escrow Agent will be instructed to pay the agreed brokerage fee, outlined in this document, and confirmed by the Aircraft Sale and Purchase Agreement, upon closing of the sale.
